Ingredients


Makes: 12 servings
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) soft butter
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1 C (250 ml) sifted icing sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) milk
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) hot coffee

Preparation


 
  • Place butter, cocoa, and icing sugar in food processor. Blend for 4 seconds.
  • Add vanilla extract, milk, and hot coffee. Blend until very smooth. Additional milk will make a thinner icing.
